Lead HVAC Installer
Description
Pure Tek Air is in need of a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We primarily serve the Palm Beach County area (and some of north Broward County)
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings & specifications for residential & commercial
- Install heating and cooling systems to company standards, manufacturers' specs & city codes
- Responsive to customer requests, establish rapport, and encourage reviews
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and train team members
- Complete all necessary paperwork that accompanies each project
- Collaborate with the Sales Team & Installation Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through ability
- Ability to think on your feet and react quickly to changing situations
- Willing to contribute as an individual and as a team member
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
- EPA 608 Universal Certification is a plus (not required)
